Healthy on course snacks, take 2

Hi Everyone,

I am back again with more on-course snacking options to help you get over the back nine lull!  We have all been there, by hole 13 or 14, getting a little tired and edgy or for a better term HANGRY! Here are a few options to help avoid the impatience and help you finish strong.

Roasted Chickpeas - Why? High in protein and slow to digest so you feel full longer.

Baked Kale Chips - Why? Lots of nutrition and way better than picking up a bag of greasy potato chips!

Simple Ingredient Granola Bars - Why? Chose a bar that has only a few ingredients and no processed sugars like the Go Macro Bar.
