How to avoid the winter weight this year!

As we all know, it is very easy to gain those winter pounds, I am going to try my best and avoid them this year!  I am going on a 21 day diet called the VIRGIN DIET, while on the diet I will be cutting out 7 high-allergen foods: SUGAR(<5gr/serving), DAIRY, GLUTEN, EGGS, PEANUTS, SOY, and CORN.   You can follow my progress each week via our blog and I will post recipes, food charts and pictures.  Tune in on Monday November 2nd and see how my first week has gone.  Wish me luck!
