How to avoid the winter weight, week 2!

Okay, 2 weeks complete and many improvements over the first week.  I didn't quite hit my weight goal of 120 but close at 122.  For the final week my goals are to get to 119 lbs, less snacking, and more water intake :)

1) Daiya dairy-free cream cheese style spread, my fav when craving something creamy.

2) Pork Chops with mushrooms sautéed in white wine vinegar, honey, and dijon mustard.  Served with baked potato wedges that were drizzled in olive oil and truffle oil.

3) Coconut prawn and chicken curry
