How to avoid the winter weight, WEEK 3!

I made it! 3 weeks of no eggs, peanuts, dairy, gluten, soy, corn, and <5gr sugar per serving. I ended up losing 4 pounds but the biggest differences that I saw were in my mid-day energy levels, and my sleeping patterns. I was easily able to sleep 8 hours through the night, and I never had that mid-day lull that I always used to get around 3pm.
My goals moving forward are to try and eat like this throughout the winter but give myself one day a week where I can eat whatever I want. I feel great and would like to keep it this way, and I realize now at 31 years old I cannot eat whatever I want all the time and not gain weight like I could in my twenties. I have learned you can still eat great food and be healthy at the same time!
