RETURNS

We want you to love your new Outfit!  If you don’t - returns and exchanges are easy.

RETURN CRITERIA

  • Regular-Priced Apparel items 
  • Within 14 Days of Purchase Date
  • Items that have not been worn, washed, or altered, and is accompanied by its original tags still affixed to the piece
  • SALE and ACCESSORY items (Hats, Ball Markers, Gloves, Sleevey Wonders, & Hanky Panky) are a FINAL SALE as indicated in the shopping cart at time of checkout, and cannot be returned.  Non-returnable items that are received back will be shipped back to you, collect.

We'll apply the refund for merchandise to the original method of payment within 48 business hours of receiving the item back, after confirming that your item has met our Return Criteria.  You can expect to see the refund on your credit card within 7 business Days.

If you paid with a Gift Card we'll email you a new Gift Card.

SHIPPING CHARGES are non-refundable unless it was due to our error.  If you ordered multiple items to reach $100 (to receive Free Shipping) then return items so your total net purchase drops below $100,  $9.99 will be deducted from your refund.  This is to prevent people from ordering items they do not intend on keeping, to receive Free shipping.

GIFT CARDS:  Are a FINAL SALE and must be used for a merchandise purchase on-line or in-store at theBOUTIQUE by MGC.

 

RETURN PROCESS - from CANADA

Returns within Canada are FREE - there is no return charges or restocking fees.

  1. Send an email to RETURNSrequesting a Return Authorization #(RA#), quoting your original Order# and the reason for your return.  You can also forward your original order confirmation requesting the RA#. 
  2. Send the item back clearly marking the RA# you were provided on the outside of your package. We strongly suggest you return the item(s) via a trackable service to :

RETURN PROCESS - from the USA

mygolfcloset.com pays the return shipping & brokerage charges.  A $20 CAD restocking fee applies and will be deducted from your Refund unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Send an email to RETURNS requesting a Return Authorization # (RA#), quoting your original Order#and the reason for your return.  You can also forward your original order confirmation requesting the RA.  Within 48 business hours you will receive a UPS Waybill & Commercial Invoice via EMail. 
  2. Put item(s) being returned along with the completed Return Form in the UPS Envelope you were provided.

Your item(s) must be returned in the UPS envelope provided in order to receive a full refund.  Please do not ship back items in your own packaging i.e. box, other envelope.  An additional shipment surcharge will be deducted from your refund if an item is not received in the UPS envelope provided.

  1. Print the UPS Waybill & Commercial Invoice that you were emailed.  Note that 3 copies of the Commercial Invoice will print.  You will require all 3 copies. The commercial invoice is to ensure a smooth customs clearance process. Without these documents included on the outside of your shipment, there will be delays at the border or you may receive the shipment back.    
  2. Place the UPS Waybill on top of all 3 copies of the Commercial invoices. Fold the documents so that they will fit in in the Documents Pouch that was provided.  Ensure that the barcode is facing on top so that UPS can scan the waybill.
  3. Affix the Documents Pouch to the UPS envelope provided.
  4. Schedule a UPS pick-up by calling UPS for at 1-800-742-5877 or drop off at your local UPS store or centre.

 

RETURN PROCESS - Oustide of North America

Please send an email to RETURNS and we will send a return waybill and Commercial Invoice documents for your return.  A $25 restocking fee applies to all international orders and will be deducted from your refund.

 

 Refunds are processed in CAD dollars which is the currency that your order was charged in.
